Yes. Most Australian home tapes are PAL, but we handle NTSC and overseas recordings too — just let us know if you already know, and we'll sort it either way.
Usually, yes. We clean and inspect each tape first, and old tapes are exactly what our decks are built for. If one is too damaged to play, we'll tell you before any charge.
