A flat $35 per tape, whatever the format. Extras like a USB stick ($15) or your own private Family Gallery ($19.95) are optional.
Yes — we'll email you a packing slip with simple instructions, you send them tracked, and we return them tracked. Your tapes never leave our studio while they're with us.
Most orders are ready within 2–3 weeks. You can watch progress on your order tracking page the whole way.
Blank or unreadable tapes are refunded — you only pay for what we can rescue. Damaged tapes can often be repaired; we'll quote before doing anything.
