Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we look after both your details and the memories you trust us with. Plain English, no surprises.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, mobile number, and — if you're posting tapes — your return address. If you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email and the message itself. That's it.
Why we collect it
We use your details to fulfil your order, to send you tracking and gallery links, and to keep you updated as your tapes move through the studio. Payments are handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card numbers.
Your files and your tapes
The video files we create for you are stored securely on cloud storage. Your private Family Gallery is reachable only through a unique, private link — there's no public listing and no way to guess it. Galleries are included for 12 months; after that the gallery is removed unless you've renewed it. We may take a photo of your tapes when they arrive so we can identify and track them through the studio.
We only email you about your order — confirmations, status updates and your delivery links. We don't send marketing emails.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal details or your files to anyone, ever.
Access and deletion
If you'd like us to delete your details or your files, just contact us or email info@mediacopy.com.au and we'll take care of it.
