Which DVDs can you convert?
Home-recorded and personal DVDs — such as your own videos burned to disc. We're not able to copy commercially produced, copy-protected discs.
One of my discs is scratched — will it still work?
Possibly. Light scratches often read fine, and we do our best with each disc. If one is too damaged to recover, you won't be charged for it.
